I vow to do these things EVERY SINGLE DAY.

No exceptions.

Get up at 4am

Morning before 6:20am

-Lumosity brain workout

-Read something positive (MarcandAngel)

-Watch a motivational video clip

-Blog

-Learn something online (>30 min) and take notes

6:20am

-Exercise 15 to 45 min

-Meditate 45 min

Before Lunch

Listen to music & Get in the zone & Learn

Practice whistle notes 30 min

Practice singing for 2 hours in total

After Lunch

Busk

Harmony-do assigned pages

Write a song everyday

Before Bed 9:00pm

-Read for 30min

-Journal - write down my achievements, review my goals

MUST go to bed before 9pm so I can get up in the morning

DISTRACTIONS TO AVOID

Wasting time online (limit 30min a day)

Anything that is not important

Distract from distractions by going for a run with music for 20min

Do The Impossible.

My dream itself is not what is impossible, what is impossible is the routine, the habits--doing it every single day. As long as I conquer this, I'm already there. That's where the Grammy is won. That's where the Award of Merit is won.

Every moment counts. Start again. Get up and grind. Every single day, every single hour, every single minute, every single moment counts. Go.
