"Leverage And Productivity"
It is important that, to be successful, we must focus on ONE thing that we want to be good at. We cannot get a lot done if we have too many things in our schedule. Leverage means handing out the other tasks to others that can do them for you, instead of doing everything on your own!
If you are a busy businessman, you can use services that makes sure your mails are automatically sent to your circle on the pre-s
elected date with stamps already on them. You can hire somebody to do your laundry or your cooking. There are many things that you can cut out from your schedule to make MORE time for what REALLY matters! If you want to be one of the VERY successful people, follow the advice for leverage! Paul C. Brunson, who worked under two billionaires, Oprah Winfrey and Enver Yucel, said that it is easy for us to think that billionaires are masters at everything. In fact, he had found out from his observations that they are EXTREMELY good at ONE thing and are average at everything else.
Here is my personal example:
As a SINGER, I focus on SINGING, because that is the ONE thing that I want to be good at. Other tasks that take away time such as management, fashion, and stage planning can be given to other people that will make part of my team.
For my benefit concert planning, there are many, many, many jobs that somebody must undertake.

- Plan staging & lights
- Advertise
- Acts
- MC
I must find others that will be responsible for the different tasks, so that I can focus on my performance material as my main task as a singer is singing! This way, I can make the event bigger since I would have more hands to create it!
A tip for FOCUS: Know WHAT it is you want, and know WHY you want it.
This will motivate you to keep going. Without a clear statement of what you want and why you want it, you will get LOST!
